Convenient location near the Sanctuary, excellent daily room cleaning, strong internet signal, friendly staff, helpful concierge, affordable price.

The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the Grotto. The staff I found were always very helpful and the food was good. I had a lunch time meal and was value for money compared with the rest of Lourdes. Value for money it was fine. Although the room I was in was quite small it did me okay. I would stay there again but would check the size of the room before I booked.

The hotel was very central in Lourdes and was literally 3 mins walk from the domain enterence. The staff where very friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good value for money. Only ate there one evening the menue was basic but adequate. Would recomend this hotel to stay in and when returning to lourdes i will be staying here again.

The only drawback in the hotel was the bathrooms when a bit on the small side.

The hotel is very close to the Grotto and church, and was also very clean and comfortable. The free wifi was also a bonus, although could only be used in the foyer.

The room was a little small and bare, and also felt a bit claustrophobic due to the very low ceiling, so ask for a large room if you are claustrophobic

Great Location and Helpful Staff

This hotel was perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access all the main attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always willing to provide directions and recommendations. The room was cozy, but comfortable with all the necessary amenities.

The breakfast options were limited and not worth the extra cost. the rooms were quite small, making it a challenge to fit all our luggage comfortably.

Reception staff are excellent and very helpful.

Room facilities are very basic and the bathroom is too small and very poor condition tp be 3 stars. very basic chairs and cupboards, felt like we were in the school boarding house.

The hotel's location is quite convenient for travelers visiting the main attraction. It's just a short walk from the church and located in the tourist area. The staff offers good daily cleaning services. certain rooms have accessible showers for those with disabilities.

The hotel's elevators may not be trustworthy. On some occasions, travelers were left without means to reach their rooms comfortably.

Perfect location for a winter pilgrimage, very close to the sanctuary and many shops nearby. Within walking distance to all the key sights. Room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel staff was helpful in accommodating our requests.

The elevator was out of service for the entirety of our stay, and we had to use a narrow spiral staircase to access our room on the upper floor. It was challenging to carry our luggage up and down those stairs, especially during Christmas time when the hotel was crowded.
